Only one episode left before the end of Debra Messing's new tv show on USA Network
called The Starter Wife. For those of you who don't know it, it's about Molly (Messing : Grace from Will and Grace) who's married to a hollywood hot shot producer and when he asks her for a
divorce, she suddenly becomes what she used to make fun of : a starter wife, or an outcast in hollywood. I really liked the first episode but although I thought it was funny enough, and I absolutly
LOVE Debra Messing (glad she's back), I got bored pretty fast, and I'm a good audience ! I think the fantasy sequences where she dreams or imagines what would happen like she's a character in a
movie, are a little annoying after a while ! I know she's overacting because her character is such a drama queen, and it is funny at first but gets on your nerves at the end ! The fact that the guy
she's dating is an outcast leaving on the beach is so not believable (plus he is to hot to be true !). That being said, I will give the last episode a chance, not because I'm expecting anything out
of it, but because it's only a 6 episodes series and there are not that many shows airing this summer ! And like I said, it's funny enough (Shoshana's character, a britney/Jessica/Christina
popstar, is probably the funniest !).
