Is Katherine Heigl leaving Grey's Anatomy or what ??!!!!

Ok, now that TR confirmed that he was leaving and not doing a wrap up episode (meaning George dies, yes I know, it hurts !! lol), all eyes are on Heigl !
In a sort of surprising twist, the diva's reps said she was staying on the show. Knowing that she's been trying to leave for more than a year, everyone started wondering what the hell was going on !

My theory was that she survives the surgery but she lost her memory and decides to leave Seattle Grace because what good would she be is she can't remember how to be a surgeon and if she can't remember her friends and family and her husband ! So my theory was she either leaves after the first episode or as the rumour had it way way back, she leaves and then come back for an arc to close her character's storyline.

Here is what Matt from tvguide had to say (we seem to have kind of the same theories : great minds... ! lol) :
"I must say that the lack of fanfare surrounding ABC's confirmation of Heigl's status — especially when juxtaposed with the flurry of official statements regarding T.R. Knight's departure — made me raise one of my overgrown eyebrows. "Sure, she's staying... for just one more episode," I cynically hypothesized. But one of my best sources insists that this is not a case of clever semantics, and that Heigl's Izzie will have a significant presence in the fall."
I'll believe it when I see it !! "significant presence" doesn't mean she'll be there for the entire season ! I don't believe that for a second !!!
